Andre Lee is a veteran first responder and holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, with over 15 years of interdisciplinary systems experience. He has provided strategic, operational, tactical, and hi-tech leadership on numerous civilian-military incident management teams, medical missions, emergency operations centers, and held positions as telecommunications chief on federally declared disasters and full scale exercises with FEMA, Department of Homeland Security, and joint operations with the US military. His deployments include Hurricane Katrina and the 2007 Southern California wildfire storms. Lee has had the privilege of presenting at symposiums and speaker events with the International Council of Systems Engineers (INCOSE) on non-traditional applications of systems engineering.
