Nick Graham is a SNR Denton Partner specializing in technology transactions, IT and business process outsourcing, acting for both customers and suppliers in both the public and private sectors including business process re-engineering and off-shoring.
Nick also specializes in IT law, e-commerce, and is an expert in data
protection and freedom of information and leads the firm's Data
Protection and Privacy Group. Nick has advised on innovative and
complex data protection solutions including those for CRM strategy and
international data transfers.
Nick is a member of the Panel of Experts for "Data Guidance" and sits on the
Editorial Board for Privacy and Data Protection. Nick Graham was formerly in-house with Royal & Sun Alliance.
